Our cheese maturation bags have been designed and tested according to industry standards with a spine and k-seal for added strength. We offer the standard 10kg or 20kg variants however, sizing can be adjusted to ensure the perfect fit on your machine. We are also equipped to provide either a medium barrier (PA) or a high barrier (EVOH), to accommodate an extended maturation period if required.
